Detection accuracy is not affected by product packaging, temperature, humidity, salt content, and other factors. Additional algorithms can also be added to detect missing or damaged products and more.
The X-ray foreign object detector can inspect foreign objects mixed into almost any product or package on the production line, and packaging made of metal or aluminum foil will not affect detection performance. In addition to foreign object detection, multiple algorithms can be added to inspect item count, shape, integrity, and other parameters.

The Windows-based software has a simple and intuitive interface, allowing new employees to master the entire workflow in about 10 minutes and get started without training. It supports automatic product learning, so operators can add new products quickly by following the self-learning prompts, with optimal inspection parameters set automatically. Masking areas can also be configured for regions that are prone to false rejects during inspection, such as edges, corners, and desiccant packs.
Real-Time Production Monitoring and Detailed Information Management
The large screen displays product inspection images in real time and automatically stores images of rejected products. Detailed data analysis and report generation functions allow production reports to be created with one click, clearly showing key data such as total output, pass rate, foreign object detection rate, equipment runtime, and alarm count. Managers can export data by USB drive for analysis and reporting, making it easier to identify production issues and improvement opportunities. Tiered user permission management is also supported to prevent unauthorized data changes and improper equipment operation, ensuring secure and standardized information management.

Customizable Ultra-Large Foreign Object Detector
We have extensive practical experience in custom ultra-large X-ray foreign object detectors. Our largest custom-built machine to date is a giant detector measuring 8 meters long and 3 meters high, capable of inspecting products weighing up to 600 kg.
Safety Protection
The radiation level of the equipment does not harm operators or affect the quality, nutritional value, or microorganisms of inspected products. We use triple protection measures, including medical-grade lead lining, removable safety lead curtains, and X-ray directional technology, to prevent radiation leakage. The measured surface radiation dose is below 1 uSv/h, better than the internationally accepted radiation safety standard of below 5 uSv/h. Safety interlock designs, such as radiation indicator warnings and automatic X-ray shutoff when the protective cover is opened, provide comprehensive operator protection.
Alarm and Reject System
The equipment comes standard with audible and visual alarm lights and offers multiple reject methods, including air blow, pusher, and flipper mechanisms. Combined with reject collection options such as slides, receiving hoppers, and collection boxes, it fully adapts to different product production scenarios and supports customization on demand. Working with photoelectric sensors, the reject system can accurately locate foreign objects and contaminated products and remove them from the production line, fully ensuring the quality and safety of outgoing products.
