In addition to all types of metal, it can also detect high-density contaminants that metal detectors cannot find, such as glass, ceramic, stone, and bone, providing broader protection for product quality and safety.

Inspection accuracy is not affected by packaging, temperature, humidity, or salt content
X-ray foreign object detectors can inspect almost all products and packages on the production line, and detection performance is not affected by metal or aluminum foil packaging. In addition to foreign object detection, optional algorithms can be added to inspect product count, shape, integrity, missing items, damage, and other quality issues.

Simple and intuitive interface for fast operation
The equipment is fitted with a 19-inch Philips full-color LCD touch screen. The Windows-based software is simple and intuitive, allowing new operators to master the process quickly. The system supports automatic product learning, so new products can be added by following the guided self-learning function, with optimal inspection parameters set automatically. Masking areas can also be configured to avoid false alarms in areas such as package edges or desiccant packs.

Real-time production monitoring and detailed data management
The large screen displays inspection images in real time and automatically stores images of rejected products. Detailed data analysis and report generation functions allow production reports to be created with one click, showing key data such as total output, pass rate, foreign object detection rate, operating time, and alarm count. Data can be exported by USB for analysis and reporting. Multi-level user permission management helps prevent unauthorized data changes and incorrect operation.

Custom ultra-large X-ray inspection equipment
We have extensive practical experience in customized ultra-large X-ray foreign object detectors. Our largest custom project to date was a giant detector 8 meters long and 3 meters high, capable of inspecting products weighing up to 600 kg.

Safety protection
The radiation level of the equipment does not harm operators or affect the quality, nutritional value, or microbiological condition of inspected products. We use triple protection measures, including medical-grade lead lining, removable lead safety curtains, and directional X-ray technology, to prevent radiation leakage. The measured surface radiation dose is below 1 uSv/h, better than the internationally accepted safety limit of 5 uSv/h. Safety interlocks such as radiation indicator lights and automatic X-ray shutoff when the cover is opened further protect operators.

Alarm and rejection system
The equipment is supplied with audible and visual alarms as standard, and supports multiple rejection methods such as air blast, pusher, and swing arm rejection. Chutes, collection hoppers, collection bins, and other reject collection solutions can be matched to different products and production scenarios, with customization available. Working with photoelectric sensors, the rejection system accurately locates foreign objects and contaminated products and removes them from the production line, protecting outgoing product quality and safety.
