Large Checkweigher for Production Lines
This large checkweigher machine is used for continuous weight inspection of large products, heavy packages, cartons and cases during production. It checks whether each product or package meets the required weight standard, verifies net content, detects missing items or incomplete packages, and helps remove underweight or overweight products from the line. Alarm and Rejection System

With photoelectric sensors, the system can accurately identify and reject underweight, overweight, empty or incomplete packages.

Checkweigher with Metal Detector
A checkweigher and metal detector combination system integrates weight inspection and metal contaminant detection in one compact machine. It helps control product weight and detect metal foreign objects at the same time, while reducing installation space compared with two separate machines.

Single-Belt, Roller Conveyor and Custom Checkweigher Solutions
For slow-speed products that do not require automatic rejection, we can provide single-belt checkweighers. For production lines using roller conveyors, roller checkweigher solutions are also available. The system can also be integrated with vision inspection, X-ray inspection, labeling machines, inkjet printers and other production line equipment.

Weight Sorting and Grading Options
With additional sorting and rejecting devices, the checkweigher can also be used as a weight sorting machine or weight grading scale. It can sort products by different weight ranges and is suitable for seafood, aquatic products, agricultural products, meat products and industrial parts.
